Charter contract copy
Sailing (or motor boat) licence for one member of the crew compulsory. Sailing licence, if available, for a second crewmember otherwise attestation of their sailing experience.
Crew list with names, birth dates and passport numbers
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
Payable at the time of embarkation only by credit card. VISA and MASTER CARD credit cards are accepted.
Alternatively, it is possible to insure the security deposit also payable only by above credit cards.
WEATHER FORECAST:
Only through Greek National program at 06:30 am at 738 kHz (ATHENS) and at 1493 kHz (RHODES) in English
In the Marinas (KUSADASI, BODRUM, GÖCEK, FETHIYE, KEMER, ANTALYA) weather forecast in English is available. Every morning from VHF channel 16 at 09:15, 21:15 (24 Hour Report). You will receive a “Weather Forecast channel call”. When you recive this call please switch your channel into VHF channel 67.
Upon request on channel 16 to ANTALYA TÜRK RADIO any time for Weather Forecast they will guide you to a free Channel.

You can contact our office at working hours on channel 72, asking "PUPA", bearing in mind that VHF has a range of 30 miles approx. and possibly contact cannot be succeeded from closed bays. English is available upon request on Coast Guard Radio channel No. 8 at 09:00, 13:00, 18:00
Our staff will be expecting you till sunset. If you arrive later, you will have to board alone, finding the keys in the yacht’s cockpit. Check-in will be done in the morning.
